Rafiki means friend in Swahili. Rafiki Hostel is Wadi Musa accommodation built by young travellers who put everything they fantasised about on the road - pool, rooftop, kitchen, shared rides - into one place a 1-km walk from Petra.

We're on Tourism Street in Wadi Musa - close enough to walk to the Petra Visitor Center in 15 minutes, far enough that you fall asleep to silence and wake up to desert light.
We value comfort: rooms are well groomed, beds are real, bathrooms are private and clean. We have an in-house restaurant with one goal - give you the culinary side of a Petra stay, not just the postcard.
Our rooftop is fully equipped, with complimentary tea and space for our night events: quiz nights, movie nights, karaoke, and the occasional Arabic dance lesson from the owner.
And on hot days, the pool. A proper one.
