Terms of Service | Rafiki Hostel

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a room, a shared ride, a tour, or any other service through Rafiki Hostel (the "Hostel", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Payment

Room rates are quoted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. A valid payment method or deposit may be required to confirm a reservation. Final payment is due at check-in unless prepaid online.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after this window, or no-shows, may be charged the first night's rate. Shared rides and tours follow the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Rafiki Hostel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who cannot provide valid identification.

5. House Rules

Guests are expected to respect other travelers, staff, and the property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 07:00. Any damage to the property may be charged to the responsible guest.

6. Shared Rides & Tours

Shared rides and tours are operated subject to minimum passenger numbers and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel departures and will refund or rebook affected guests.

7. Liability

Rafiki Hostel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the lockers provided and to carry appropriate travel insurance.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
